IMO the color is too bright, not something I would use very quickly. I would also change a bit more, this is, as already stated above, very likely to the default theme.

I'm attempting to insert a gif under the title of the board (Smiley Smile Message Board).  Everytime I try to edit the index template, the board will not load.  What would be the correct way to insert the image?
