2. Any have ALL languages in your forum? (what max?)
3. Any have ALL Themes in your forum? (what max?)

Cant have all themes, they are all compatable with diff versions(including mods)

You can if you update each one for the same version.

You could have all themes (like smfthemes.org/.net has)
You could have all languages (like this site)
You could have all mods but it would be a lot of work getting them all to play nice and work on all the themes.
