use multiple domains for installation of smf

Hiya

Can you define more that one domain the server can use, or are you able to not define a domain at all so it will run off what ever hostname you call the forum from!?

I made a php script for joomla to detect and do the job, just wondering if smf does need to be hacked, where do we hack it?

Also if i use the smf bridge 1.4, does it use joomlas url base!?
