Session Time Out

i keep getting this error when posting:

i get it each time!!

i also get this when accessing admin panel :

well i tried these
but im not using mambo/joomla like the others
i WAS using it before and HAD installed the bridge (which didnt work)
its no more tho...
i removed joomla
i just recently removed mkportal
and also added google ads
after that everytime i wud post only the upper google ads were being displayed
not the forum at all
so i uploaded all the subs files in forum/source/
and then i started getting this error
please help!

but let me explain
i dont use search much
because i dont really understand what search criteria to provide
and i always end up getting inappropriate results

Have you heard of/used Google/Yahoo/Ask Jeeves/MSN search?
yeah lol :P all of them but im not really good at searching. dont quite know the right techniques. For specific info, it takes me ages to use search engines.
