How to create a Sub-Admin ?

Hi 

I want to create a sub-admin for my board who should have the same powers as the main admin but the only things they should NOT be able to do are:

- Delete my account
- Demote me from Admin
- Change my password

I have searched SMF for similar topics but I was unable to find any that helped me.

Can someone please suggest any methods for me to create such a Sub-Admin ?
