Ad Management mod

I am unable to put an add after a category.

I had it configured once but it doesn't work for me now

i am trying to place it between category containers, chemistry homework help and chemistry lab help

is there something i am missing

i tried using the category number as well as position 1 or 2

Hey all, thanks for a great forum aand mods!

I got this problem, i've  installed ads management and gone thru the files and all seem updated and good but ad admin wont show?  i have checked language wich is english, only one i got.
I've installed some other mods  with succes. I have also checked the db and it seems fine. Should i have 1table for ads   and 1 for ads_settings or do the settings query goes into smf_settings? tryed with both. I'm using beta fresh install

Its likely theme based.  You can go through these settings to see which files in your theme need to be edited manually:

I'm running a fresh install with smf default  theme core?not edited or changed theme.?
and i have checked the files and the new(updated code)are in place.
Gone truw that page several times now:-)

I think there are also permissions for who can view ads.  Did you check membergroup permissions?

The Ads admin wont show, i cant add banners or anything since i cant get to it in admin! Thats the problem... :-)


I can also give permissions to moderator and so on to enable  ads, but since it says admin=all i think i got permissions to see ad admin?

Set Language to English

Thank you so much now problem is resolved

Even the problem was resolved but after installing CUSTOMIZED LANGUAGE MOD issue is again on same stage. means text box of Ultimate Shout box is invisible.

I have uninstalled that LANGUAGE mod but now cookies are not refereshing.

everytime I login to my forum I have to change LANGUAGE of SERVER Setting from ENGLISH to ENGLISH.
Dont know why its not being saved.

Please I just installed this mod V 2.3, and it was installed successfully. But the problem am having is that, when I logon to my 'admin' panel and check 'configuration', i can not find ad manament as you explain. Instead am still seeing:
Features and Options
server settings
current theme
themes and layout
Please help me I want to add adsense code to my forum.

my server setting is English languge
Theme is dibarMC.

this wasnt activated on my site, but ws installed, it some how gave my site a klone/bloodhound/malware on my site

You have to manually install the theme edits to DilberMC. The Mod only installs to the default theme.

3. Have you made sure that in the permissions for all groups, it is set to enable ads?

4. Is the Hide ads for Admin checkmarked in the ads settings?

2: It's English

3. All the permissions for all groups are set to enable ads

4. No it is not.
