I don't really get where I'm supposed to put the code Adsense gave me, or if it is still possible at all. I tried pasting it in Content, but Adsense tell me it can't locate the code. Any Help, please?

Make sure you give guests permissions to view ads.

Did it, but still nothing. So it's indeed "Content" where I'm supposed to put the code? I'm using the <script></script> one, if it helps.

To clarify: Adsense's warning states it's "impossibile to verify the website".

vbgamer45

Yes it is content where you put the code.
Make sure guests can view the ads.
Put some tests html to test.

If you using a custom theme make sure you made edits to the theme as needed.

Html seems to work fine. I installed the mod on the Hextech theme but I have these errors (missing strings):

echo '
<input type="hidden" name="hash_passwrd" value="" /><input type="hidden" name="', $context['session_var'], '" value="', $context['session_id'], '" />
</form>';
}

And

echo '
<input type="hidden" name="hash_passwrd" value="" />
</form>';
}

Visitors' permissions for viewing ads is active.

If your theme doesn't have it save to ignore.

Otherwise good. Google takes some time to approve once it sees the ad code.

Fact is I don't even know if it sees it, because it (Google/Adsense) tells me it's "impossible to verify" the website, not to wait for a revision.

vbgamer45

try maybe just to put the adsense code manually in the template just make sure it is escaped correctly.

I tried and I can't even say if it works or not. Look, I'm totally lost now. Is there a step-by-step tutorial somewhere? I looked for it, but I couldn't find it. I saw some video but they're all outdated. I'm sorry but I really don't understand what's going wrong.

No guides...Adsense takes a while to appear on new pages though

It's not the mod for me, then. Fact is I don't know if I have to wait for something or if I'm doing mistakes, whether with the Adsense code, with the mod, or both and I don't have time to experiment. Thanks anyway for your support.

Sir Osis of Liver

Just upgraded a large 2.0.19 forum to 2.1.4.  There are a lot of ads displayed at top of main index.  Problem is in phone view the ads are very large and stacked vertically, so it takes a lot of scrolling to get to the top of the forum, and members are complaining about it.  Ads display fine in desktop view, you can see that here.   But if you look at it in phone view, you can see the problem.  I've modified Curve2 to make it non-responsive to address a separate request, you can see that here.  If you look at it in phone view the ads are sized and arranged same as in desktop view, it's much neater.  Is there any way to make the ads display this way and have the rest of the forum  responsive as normal?
When in Emor, do as the Snamors.
