Minimum Characters/Words Per Post

I was running it on my 1.1.5 board.  I had installed it when I was running 1.1.2 and it worked fine through all the upgrades.  You may have to do the edits manually.  I recently uninstalled it and had to do that manually too.

I followed the mod file and it installed (manually) perfect for our heavily modified theme in 1.1.4.  I installed into the "/Themes/default/Display.template.php" though and not my current theme's page...  Maybe that was the mistake?

I need help, there is no "uninstall" option for 1.1.5
How can i uninstall it?

Sometimes when there is no uninstall for the version you are trying to uninstall you can use something like this:

add ;version_emulate=1.1.5 after your link in the address bar.  It would look something like this:

http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?action=packages;version_emulate=1.1.5

If that don't work, you can use the mod parser to see what the manual edits are and remove them.  That is what I had to do.

It doesnt have an uninstall for the 1.1.5 one because when cr34t1v3 repacked it for use on 1.1.5 he/she left that line of code out (see below image). Note to anyone installing this after this post, make sure you modify the package_info.xml file and add 1.1.5 to the "uninstall" line or your gonna have the same exact problems.

well dont thank me yet - the overall mod has a few glitches in it. (nothing that me adding 1.1.5 to the uninstall did). Here are the issues:

1. The mod worked on my site for 1 day and stopped. #2 is why...
2. Where it says "Minimum characters per post: (0 for no minimum)." - it will not accept "0" like its supposed to (not that I would use 0). I changed it to 10 - when the mod stopped working after the 1st day, its because this box reverted back to its default number which is "100".

Here's my updated version that should apply to SMF up to 1.1.7.

It also doesn't count quoted material. This is to stop users from making a quote and going +1 at the bottom of it.
