Avatar By Posts Count

I would like someone to make an avatar by post count mod.

For example: 

50 posts allow you to display your own avatar.
1000 posts allow you to upload your own avatar.

Anyone under 50 posts wont be able to select or use an URL to display their avatar.

Hope someone will be interested in coding this mod for me and those on SMF who might be interested.

You don't need to do a mod. If you turn on permissions for post count groups, you can simply use the permissions system.
