Private Messaging Bug after patch 1.1rc2

Can someone check out my Private Messaging? Since I've used the 1.1RC2 patch, I cant access my PM's as a regular user. You have to be an admin. I thought it might have been a permissions issue, but when I checked, all the permissions are clear. Everytime you click  messages it tells you to open of save a index.php file.  Please help.
