I know there's already a thread on this, but because I can't add a poll to that thread, I created this thread. If one of the moderators would like to merge it with the current  s thread, I'd be greatful.

For those of you who have no clue what I'm talking about, the "Magic  s" feature is a fun thing where every once in a while a little "Catch the  " picture will slowly float down the screen at yabbse.org, and when you click on it, one of three things happens:

A. If it's a "Magic Benevolent  ", your karma level is increased by a certain number of points
B. If it's an "Evil  ", your karma level is decreased by a certain number of points
C. If someone else "caught" it before you did, you'll see a message saying someone else got it

Ever since this thing mysteriously appeared on the YaBB SE board one day, people have been screaming for this mod. As of now, nothing has been accomplished except for a thread started by someone who is supposedly working on making it a mod for YaBB SE, but the release date for the mod keeps getting pushed back for various different reasons. Now that SMF is in beta stage, several of us are (again) screaming for this mod. I think it would be a great built-in feature - something that the admin can control, and is turned off by default (for some reason, some people hate this feature). Joseph seems to think this would be better as a mod. See this thread for more info.
