Hi!

It was nice some feature that merge 2 or more users to one..., for exemple:

User X's losts his password..., so he create another account..., and he use the new account some time and now he want to merge users..., I think that is a good ideia some thing to merge 2 users posts to one user.

SMF 7 is where it gets good. That has time travel. You can go back and post before the guy who flamed you. :P

I beleive this is covered in the online documentation. http://docs.simplemachines.org

I had a look through the Online Manual but I couldnt find anything, and I gotta agree something like this will really come in handy.

Im wrong, it's not in the manual, but it has been mentioned quite often on the forum here, do a search along the lines of deleted user posts and you should turn it up.

I had a shuffle through and I found this

Which I'm guessing would do the trick, while I'm fine with tweaking the db itself, an option in the admin center would be nice where you can set the old username, the new one and have the option of setting a new one (if this is empty the old one would be used by default).
