Need help on changing new posts at bottom of my forum

Id like mine like the first image So can smeone please tell me how to do that or where to add code and add what code or edit code Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Current Theme's Settings -> Show Recent Posts Bar on Board Index? -> Enable Multiple Posts.
