Parse error with permissions in 1.1RC2

I am looking for help in fixing a problem I had when I went to change permissions, my forum is 1.1RC2 and using the Default theme, coloured Dark Green with Tiny portal.

I get this error upon clicking on the Permissions tab in admin:

Code Select Expand

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ',', expecting ')' in /home/globalci/public_html/Sources/ManagePermissions.php on line 1308

Can someone tell me exactly which line this is referring to and clarify what the change is required.

Also as a side question, how does one tell which is line 1308?

now perhaps a mod did this too you? if not i suggest you re-upload that file
and see how it goes.

my html editor tells me what line i am on, so thats how i was able to find
that specific spot in the script.

I think it may have been a mod that did it.

if it was a mod, the replaced file will have a ~ at the end of the name

you will see the replaced one with a ~ at the end of the name.
