UTF-8 char is being replaced

Hello all,

Im using RC2 with UTF-8 encoding.
I founded that a letter in some langs is being replaced to  
I fixed it by removing the replacment code...

The letter code is \xA0 and it's gettings replaced in posts and members name to  

What is that letter stands in normal encoding? Does it important?

And do u need help in Right to left theme, cuz there are still many small bugs when using RTL language.
