Try clearing your cache in Admin -> Configuration -> Server Settings -> Caching

Or just delete all files from the /cache directory, except index.php and .htaccess.

Jack_the_ripper

I deleted cache directory.

I t seems it is ok.
I able to install and uninstall packages.
Within a day, it appears that there will be another stop.

xenovanis

Don't delete the cache directory, just the files inside it.

You might want to try disabling caching if the problem persists. I haven't found a fix for it yet.

Sorry. I wanted to write that only the files inside :-[

And if persist where can i disable caching?
If i disable it it will charge more the server?

Admin -> Configuration -> Server Settings -> Caching -> Caching Level  -> set to No Caching

I can't really tell you what the difference would be, hopefully these topics help answering your questions:
