display order for messages

Since Search is disabled could anyone point me to the admin option to change the order that messages are displayed. I see the newest message at the top of the thread and would like to see the original message at the top with replies underneath.I have hunted all over for the option but can't seem to find it.

I know search is disabled so you couldn't find that very easily... I'm just being lazy right now
