Missing attachment icons after conversion

The conversion worked great, but I can't figure out how to get the little paperclip to appear next to posts with attachments.

I've scoured and scoured using the RTFM method and can't find what I'm missing.  Can someone help me?

What converter are you using? Try using the converter in this topic: phpBB 2.0.19+
