Hacking And Warns

OK lets start of with some good news i was wondering if i could install something where i can get a 5 bar warn panel to warn members.

I was also wondering if i can install a spell check at the bottom of people posts so that we don't have a problem with spelling.



OK now the bad news i have deleted someones account as they continually broke the rules and now they have hacked someone Else account and are posting under that how can i stop this.

im not sure what happens if i only ban there user if i ban there ip they can never log onto it with there pc
