Do admins have access to member passwords?

No.

The password is stored as a salted hash.  The hash is one way only and once encrypted it cannot be decrypted.

then just accept the 'no' :P

an example hashed password would be:  160c29e958564883749115e1a7590fcf376f48c8

So... as you can well see -- you're not getting the password out of that ;)
