Maybe the three of of us should get the mod fixed and then rent out to those that do not want to add to to the pot to get it fixed. J/K

But seriously people, what good is it to have a forum that can't have affiliates? $30.00 more and we all have a working affiliate program. I have looked around, and it is expensive to get a 3rd party affiliate.

Ok i go with 10$ more. Actually more then the affiliate feature im intested on the pay per post. Its great to have affiliates of course, but I think affiliated mods for SMF are already outhere, not to mention the expensive ones, i have Idev but it doesnt integrate with the SMF i think. But again, this little suckers has all, pay per post, pay per register etc.

I cannot believe how poor SMF users are or how people just dont care about this mod. Even if we raise the 60$ you know programmers it will for sure end on 80$ for his mod since we are going to tune it a little up.

I do care about this mod.  I am getting readly to install that mod in my test forum and add the code's manily in that file.

Well then i can tell them this. Wait !!!
I did not see any update for this since last year, so just wait. The autor maybe will never again update the mod so you can wait forever.

has anyone tried CONTACTING the mod author?

Sending them a PM, i believe, sends them an email by default.  That wont do much good though if he has that option turned off

I really like this mod to be updata to the currect version in SMF?

We have to figuer out how to fixed the one file (index.template.php )

We still have to figuer out how to fix that file. All the other files pass the testing on the install and the unstall that same file fail.

Theres more problems with this mod currently than just that -- I get several pages per click while it is installed.  And believe me, i have managed to install it.  It installs fine on a stock SMF 1.1.2.

But it errors A LOT. 

I suggest perhaps someone should attempt to track down the mod author.  As prior suggested, try PM

i guess others have tried contacting the mod author before but they were unsuccessful. If im not mistaken, the thread starter pays someone to do this mod. So no point in contacting him.

The only thing to do is either hire someone to repair this, or

Hire someone to start fresh.

i am not sure that i have the skillset required to do such a thing.  My knowledge of PHP is basic to low level intermediate at best.  Of course, if i had the abilities, i would be glad to.  Unfortunately that knowledge is not a trait which i currently posess.
