who can see user IPs ?

using permissions can i set a member group / user to be able to see IPs without admin access?

i'd like to allow my global mod to view IPs, and use the IP/User tracking stuff..

but not to be able to ban or change board settings..

Right now, it's tied in with moderate_forum. (moderate the forum.)

Only members allowed to moderate the entire forum.... which means, by default, administrators only.
