Does the post you have there contain a lot of characters? Did you install any mods lately?

If you don't have any mods installed, you can try uploading a new Post.template.php file to see if it fixes the problem. Get that php file from the SMF install package.

I'm not positive but I think it could also be that your browser was blocking JavaScript for that site. If that site is, with Internet Explorer, not in a "zone" that allows scripting then it most likely won't be shown. Have you tried with alternative browsers? Does it work here at this site?

Can you post a copy of index.php, either inside code tags, or attach it to a post?  You have an extra line break on your site which is affecting the XML documents, thus no AJAX functions will work, including stats, quick quote, quick mod, or preview.

Give this a shot.  Rename your current index.php to index.bak and upload this one in its place and try...
