SMF to phpBB

I just want to try converting SMF to phpBB. But I don't want to screwd anything up. Also I'm not the best at FTP. I tryed and tryed but it diden't see to work out anyways. But I'm wondering if any body well be able to make my site: www.360gamerscore.net to phpBB. Thanks!

The converter here changes phpBB to SMF instead of SMF to phpBB. You need to ask this kind of question in the phpBB support area.

Wel I just found that their is a converter. But I'm not sure how to use it also.
