when someone Reply or post a new topic redirect go to the same topic or reply

I saw the when i reply to a thread redirect go to the forum display and not to my reply .
the same when i post a new thread ..
why loosing time by accessing our post again when posting it . as it can be done automaticly like vbulletin or invision ..
