And im setting up a gfx webbie and I want package for my version but there are non.

What now =/

You should be able to install 1.1.3 mods and themes normally, since the upgrade didn't affect them

it is up to the mod and theme authors to update them to be compatible with the newest version.

1.1.4 was just released.

There were no theme or database changes.  But the source changes may or may not cause some mods to not install until they are updated.

you may also have to use ;version_emulate=1.1.3  (add it to the end of the url on the packages page of the admin CP) to get some mods to install as they would no longer have instructions for your version but may still be compatible

When you enter the packages area(?action=packages), change it to ?action=packages;version_emulate=1.1.3
