Help with forum packages and configurations

For some reason seosmf doesn't work. When I try to install it I get this error below:


Duplicate entry 'seo4smf_accented_enable' for key 1
File: /home/content/F/a/s/Fashion06/html/fashionnetwork/modules/smf/Packages/temp/install.php

it acts as if it has already been installed! Then I look under configurations the tab is there I click it and the admin for seo4 shows up and I try to click settings, but it doesn't save or anything.

So basically it is like it is there, but not functional.

So I try and uninstall it and it says success, but it still shows under config menu!

When I try to install it over I get the above error!

I don't know what to do any help.

Maybe you could try to install it manually.  It sounds like a part of it is installed, but not all. 

Also, why not post this problem in the Mods forum board?
