This sites left margin with "Tutorials", "FAQs" etc...can't use 'em!

I came, I registered, I go to help...help does not come.
HELP!   

In the left margin of this web page, you have:

Home
Support Home
Community Forum
Tutorials
FAQs
User Guides

I'd really love to use the last 3...but when I click on them all I get is this:

This is the main support page. It should have links to the helpdesk, FAQ, tutorials, and something explaining paid support.

The top 3 work fine.

What's up with that? Did I forget to pay my bill?! 

Are these links dead, glitched...or do I have to pay more money to get 'em? 
Please tell me the secret mystery to your lovely help.

They are not currently available, sorry.  Development is being concentrated currently on making the software stable.
