Multiple Calendars - Calendar per board?

I searched this request and found similar ones - but no answers as to if it is available or being worked on.

I'd like to be able to have each board have their own calendar ( my site has different council groups, each with their own schedule and agenda )  ...

... and then perhaps one large calendar that could combine all the events to see overlaps and such - WITH the option that perhaps some events stay ON the individual boards and not post to the "main" one.

This has been asked before...  is someone working on it?

Is there another program that will integrate with SMF ?

Just in case anyone does a search and this comes up - I am thinking the issue has been solved because if you run a search for google calendars  / ical  you can see there are mods that link SMF.

Whilst I have not had the time to try this yet, I'm sure they will work and so resolve all my issues with multiple calendars etc....

One other thing to try is TP.  Yeah, Tiny Portal.

They have a calendar block that I keep on my unread posts since thats where most people hang out.  When you create an event, if you set it to post a topic to a board that only 1 group has access to, then only they will see it on the calendar block.

This gives you one easy to config calendar, with group specific calendar entries.
