i need some assistance with tiny portal

whenever i try to install it the forum totally glitches up

apparently im missing something called ./Themes/default/index.template.php because that's the only test that fails

anyone know how to help me with this problem im having?

seems you might have to manually install index.template changes your self. The same question at TP site might serve better
