Visual Verification Not Showing - Have tried various things

Can you enable verification so we can see what is going on? I assume in the past it shows just a red X?

well if it stopped working after the mods were installed, or, like you said, well after, then im not sure. but if you installed a mod before it stopped working, i would have to say that it messed up the code. check the source code for the registration page to make sure it is lookin the right place for the visual verification. if it isnt, then that is the problem, if it is, i might know how to fix it. but just check first.
