Zip all smf files in server

is there a software or script that can zip all my files inside the server?

coz i want to move my site to a new server and the problem is.. the files are more than 15GB(all attachments)...
my internet speed is just 100kbs... if i download and upload those its goings to take forever...

i really need it... please help...

not a backup but i need to zip the files in server1(old server) then link download it to server2(new server)..
link download by using rapidleech script

so i wont have to download the files then upload it to the new server... just wanna save time... coz 15gb is really big for me to transfer...

If both your hosts have cpanel you can use the migration facility (contact your new host about this ).

Or I use flashfxp myself.

Transfer files in an ftp type program directly from one server to another. I don't think filezilla, cuteftp can do that though.

thanks for the help & info... they updated my cpanel and it has the file manager compress thing... hope it can zip the 15gb

Doesn't that still go Server1 > yourpc > Server2
