minimum character for user name

I'm not finding the setting for this ...can someone point a blind old man in the right direction?

From what I can tell, there isn't a setting for the minimum username.  Only setting like that is for the password, under registration settings.

I'd not thought of it until a member joined with one single letter as their username

We have a single letter username on the SMF team even, so I'm not sure it's possible.

You might be able to write a check into the Profile.template and Register.templates to check for the size in the field and return a prompt and/or error for smaller names.

You can try the [MOD] Request area.
