Bug in BB Code with nested [list]'s during Preview

When doing the initial post, the preview shows everything correctly.  Once posted, then you go back and try to modify the post, and preview it, there are erroneous, extra list and li terminators inserted.  These only show up in the preview, once posted, the extra list and li terminators do not show up.

{EDIT 1} Hmmmm, just noticed, here on these boards( I guess they are the new 2.0 BETA ) the lists don't show up at all when previewing lists.  They do obviously work once the post has been made.

What browser are you using?
Using that code, it doesn't format correctly for me, but i can see from the bullet types, that it doesn't add anything extra. Can you provide a screenshot.
