[SMF Website Forums] Missing "New" image file

Ever since the crash, the "new" image is missing for me. The file it refers to is http://www.simplemachines.org/community/Themes/smsite/images/english-utf8/new.gif

It should work using "English" the image is: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/Themes/smsite/images/english/new.gif

it is missing for the english-utf8 language... i reported it but it was never uploaded

I didn't even know that English UTF8 was installed here?
Works using British English (aka. Proper English ) as well

Yeah, I picked "English" from the language list. Apparently I managed to select the utf8 version. It doesn't specify in the list.
