Hi guys, I am having the same problem with my site.
Some members are do not see the images under the post, nor the they see the paperclip icon leading the the image...
I will stay tuned to see if you guys find a solution!

Are those member in a particular membergroup? See if the permission to view attachments is checked in Admin > Permissions for that membergroup.
