you need to be able to backup your database then restore it on your new forum.
after you do that, then you need to edit the paths (that information came from your old forum) and change the paths to the locations on your new host.

since your forum only has about 20 posts total, I think its better you just create it from scratch, then cut and paste the posts over.

Ya also I wanna learn how to make a whole forum width small. Also I wanna have whole forum width in pixels as my logo is 800px and wanna have whole forum should be 800px. Or 800px means whats the percentage ? Is there any exact percentage to pixels or not ?

SMF has a backup database function in the admin area.
Most free hosting providers do not allow you to do the backups (because they want to keep you forever with the traffic you bring) so you may not be able to get there.

In the admin section of your forum, you will see areas to set the paths where your themes are, attachments and other things like avatars.

your configuration.php also contains useful information too.

your best bet is to install the forum fresh, then copy the posts manually.

after you have it set up, download WAMP to your local PC, install it, then install SMF and practice.

(google WAMP to find out what it is)
