Russian SMF 2.0 beta 3.1  lang pack Filesize = 0 byte
smf 1.1.5 fine!
Please fix this.

How?? If russian lang packages(SMF 2.0 beta 3.1) was deleted from download section!!!

The russian language packs may not be ready for SMF 2.0 Beta 3 and might of accidently been pushed out from a previous beta.
Daniel D would know more about this but he isn't around at the moment.
