Webinstall is a script that allows you to obtain a SMF package easily and without having to deal with large, compressed files.
Webinstall is now the primary and recommended way to download packages. Simply download the webinstall script, upload the file, point your browser to the script, follow the easy directions, and then sit back and enjoy SMF 1.1.4. Webinstall may not work correctly on some shared servers — if you have any difficulty using it simply download one of the packages above!

Hmm doesn't webinstall give you 1.1.5? So shouldn't it be:

It supports the latest stable branch. Which would be 1.1.5.
Its a known minor bug. But our developers are trying to focus on SMF 2.0 so its just a minor trivial bug we can live with
