CLEAR a folder from package view

I am installing and testing many packages right now in the latest version 2..  I had to create a temp folder under packages to get them to install.

Now, I have to delete everything in that folder between installs of new packages.  Not life ending pain, but, would be really nice if there was a button in the package manager to delete all from the temp folder. This would save having to refresh that folder in my ftp client, selecting all the files, hit delete, approve the delete,.....

If anyone could whip this up...I know if I thought about it and did some reading for a few days, I could probably do it myself...  however, I know someone here can probably do it in like 30 seconds.. LOL

Thanks!

When installing a package, the package manager tries to clear the temp folder and all contents after an install. If it isn't being removed it is due to some permission problems on the server where the webserver user cannot delete these items.

Thanks!  I thought the same thing, but have not found a level that works... :P
