Looking for Link Shortener Mod

Hi!

I am looking for a modification that will shorten the link size.

On my forum, the entire link from front to end shows up in the post like so:
http://reviews.cnet.com/browsers/internet-explorer-7/4505-3514_7-32111537.html

I would like it to look something like this:
http://reviews.cnet.com/br.....
