your host probably upgraded thier php without pgrading Zend, do you have a link to a phpinfo page on your server?

Jerry is right. Contact your host about this problem.

Just did, thanks. They upgraded PHP this am, but did not do anything with the optimizer.

yes it is really out of date it seems they have 2.1.0 and they need 2.5.7

Just ask your host to update Zend and the issue should be fixed
