Here's the info file:

Please check if this really is lack of Zend Upgrading.

Thanks!

QuoteThis program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v1.3.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Zend Technologies with Zend Optimizer v2.1.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2003, by Zend Technologies
yes it is really out of date it seems ;) they have 2.1.0 and they need 2.5.7

Just ask your host to update Zend and the issue should be fixed :)
