Got error 28 from storage engine big Problem!

im having this error on my forum how can i fot it?

Got error 28 from storage engine - check database storage space or contact the server administrator.

it only happends wen y touch the forum bottom if i go directly to a link inside the forum i can go well

from time to time work onw or 2 times but then it get the same error again

The error come when MySQL doesn't have any free hard disk space to write to.  So you should contact your host..

mmm let me get you rigth its not a problem of the hard disk space that i have its about the mysql space of my data base?

how much more space i need so i can run with out problems

the error is from the mysql engine.. you'll see this when:
a) not enough disk space
b) quota limit for the database exceeded.

try the following: Forum - Maintenance - empty out unimportant logs.. this will clean some "unneeded" tables in your database.

mmm but by your knoledge how much space i need in the database to run well my forum?

the needed size depends on the size of your forum.. 1.000.000 posts need ~ 1 to 1,5 GB database size.
don't know how big your forum is.. the forum in my signature for example has about 250k posts. the database including the fulltext-index is near 400 mb)

i spoked to the host people they told me that was a problem on theyre server or somthing that it wont happend again
