Blocking adult posts

Is there anyway to block people from posting adult material without having to go through and delete each one by hand?

Well, that is why we have the censor feature.

It isn't words. People are posting adult pictures and movies abd ads for viagra

Then they might be spammers I guess. Maybe some spam protection mods would help:
