Registration error - Wrong value type sent to the database.

Hello all,

when I try to do a registration I get the following error:

Wrong value type sent to the database. Array of integers expected. (comment_ids)

Any ideas on what to fix?

No mods - just a straight install - nothing special.  Registration works from the Admin panels but not from the menu bar where one can log in or register.

Did an uninstall and a reinstall and it worked.
