Of course I like your Midland theme...it IS very good. And I am still hoping you will make others. But not as the PhpBB clone - or the earlier theme you deleted, because thats the easy way. The hard way and the way that will give you respect is to make your own - or at least tell everyone if some things are borrowed. Not to mention asking for permission to borrow.

That is the reason for comments  - and I am hoping you will understand this for what it is. Not get angry when someone points out things you regrettably have done wrong.

easy people. I can't remember hearing where Midgard is from... btw, where is it?... but it doesn't seem English is his first language. No problem. But take it easy if he uses a phrase like "free me" that sounds like he wants to break copyright. "I'm guilty, free me" could that perhaps be taken instead as "Alright, I was wrong, please stop verbally berating me, I get it."

Yeah, I also kind of understood that he meant stop the comments, not break the copyright....

Maybe he is using some sort of translator..? I dont know turkish, but its perhaps different in grammar and stuff.

I was talking to him at the time, he was talking about someone picking on him and again with the Free Me thing, he seemed a nice person, he said he was banned. I dunno but he mentioned moving onto vBulleting or IPB, i guess this is him gone 

Nobody hasn't picking on him. We simply said its against good manners and law to take other peoples graphics and show them as yours. He got mad about that and deleted his profile (twice). I understand you are worryed, beeing his friend and all...

It doesnt bother me if people pick on him, it happens everywhere sure its  a bad thing but its happened to me before on here, if he deletes his profile well thats his choice and well freind is such a strong word, unless I met him i couldnt consider him or anyone that, i do hwoever admire his work as its all very good.

Yes hes Turkish, so am I. What he means by Free me is probably along the lines of "leave me alone"

That said I have not been too smypathetic of the guy anyways. Back a while ago he took the Turkish translation, a joint effort by Dreadlord, sekonder, me a few others and comleting it with no mention of the others. I didn't mind too much because in this case I think the end result is more important than who did it, all translations are Simplemachines property anyways. Dreadlord left the forums although I'm still in touch with him.

However I do think Midguard should return and carry on as a mod writer and continue his support in the Turkish section, maybe learning from these experiences instead of pushing them aside.
