Moving the Info Center

I would like to move the entire info center on my board to the top of the page.  Just under the News fader.  I can't for hte life of me figure out which file to edit and where or how.  Could someone please fill me in on doing this.  My users want that info shown first thing as they don't usually scroll down that far.  (I know, I know....lazy *****)  LOL.

the info center can be found in the boardindex.template file, look for "   // Here's where the "Info Center" starts..."
just take the whole info center part and move it up right under the fader code, that should do the trick.

THANKS!  That did it.  However, I can NOT get it to close that 'box' before starting the new 'box' for the forums area.  Please visit:  http://www.fsduonline.com/fsdu_forum/ and you will see what I mean.  Also, the bar showing new posts has vanished. 

I have tried over 50 attempts at adding code, removing code, etcc...to get it to close off that box and put in a space before the boards start, but nothing works.  As a matter of fact, if I put in an echo ' a space should be here' line UNDER the code for the info box, that text appears ABOVE the info box. 

This is why I don't get php.  Apparently, things do NOT flow in order on the page where you put them.  I mean, the very bottom of the code is for the login box if they are not logged in.  Yet, that box appears at the VERY TOP of the page. 

I will appologize for this length of this, but I will post my code as it is right now with things not working properly...  I have remarked the places I cut and moved..  (the code is in the next post)
