Spam count=1100 or so. The fact that you posted on your phone trumps that though. You could also call a member and ask what your post count is.

Wireless mode when it was built into SMF, was designed to slim and sleek. It wasn't designed to have the bulk that the full version does. This was because at the time, rates for web browsing where high and every byte to save was desired.

In the UK, rates for web browsing are still high :P. The difference is that now phones are actually capable of showing the full page if you need to view the additional info.

Same here - not counting the few data contracts available that offer unlimited transfer for a set monthly fee.
( they are not exactly cheap either, but cheaper... )

Nope. I pay $0/month for my phone service.

Unlimited text, minutes, data transfer, etc.

Having someone else pay for it, doesn't make it free?

Probably because on a low bandwidth connection it isn't really something that you need to know

Try imode :) same as WAP2 but seems to have a . for sticky topics :)

TheDisturbedOne

Does wap mode show it?  I use the regular version on my ipod, but occasionally switch to wap or wap2 to save my bw bill :D

Trekkie101

imode is the same as wap2 just with some little improvements as far as I see just append ;imode to the URL :)
