Rofl. Hey I was just looking at the code and y'know I don't think you need the table. Like you could just have the infobar div across the top with the p in it and be done with it. I've done that with changer buttons for multi themes before. Bung div up top. Bung stuff in div. Probably don't even need the p come to think of it. Not a big deal either way though. It'll hardly kill the forum.

ETA: I'll grab the new one and test it and screeny it for you.

ETA2: Yeah you don't need the table. Works just as well like this:

if($context['browser']['is_ie6'])
echo '
<div id="infobar"><a href="http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx"><p>' , (empty($modSettings['ie6_warning_bar_message'])) ? $txt['ie6_warning_bar_message_default'] : $modSettings['ie6_warning_bar_message'] , '</p></a>
</div>';

Can't tell the difference for looks.

Yea I was thinking the same when I was updating it but was too lazy to change it, test it, all that stuff...

Maybe next month when I decide to update it again :P

I have 1.1.8. LOL I see a lot of changes happened last night. What codes do I need to use now? haha Is the original updated or do I follow the comments? Thanks

ETA: We just tried to do a clean install and it still won't show up.
Here is a screen shot of what we're getting.

@leslie_512
It has something to do with the modsettings code.
Try to add it manually

leslie_512

Sorry I'm new to this...

How and where do I do that?
Is there a code I need to replace?

I will be updating this again to fix that. It was on my list for last night and I overlooked it. Remember that when updating, uninstall previous versions before updating.

Yes, that's why her text strings weren't showing up as I did not provide installation for english-utf8. This past update provides that. :)

Nice mod, thanks mate :)
Do NOT give admin and/or ftp details to just anybody, see if they are trust worthy first!!  Do your homework ;)
