Problem of the ' and " translated by & quot; in the database

Hi all, Like it is said in the title, I want that the ' and " in topic titles weren't translated in html entities in the database.

Why ? cause my site and the forum are linked : For example the news, in them there's a link to go directly in the topic of the news in the forum.

Due to that, I need to do a maintenance to see what topics of the forum didn't match with the titles of news in my site database. (to avoid the dead links).

The problem is that a news with ' or " in it will give me an error in my admin cause it will never match with the forum (& quot;)

Is there a tip/option to don't translate " & ' in htmlentities ?
